Below: Video and
pictures from this year’s Thanksgiving
celebration. In the video you’ll see the
full fellowship hall and hear Pastor Scott and Pastor David (the Spanish
Pastor) say the blessing. In addition,
you’ll see and hear some congregation members jamming on the stage with the
musical instruments… a song of which was, “Amazing Grace”. The singer didn’t know all the words and may
have been a little off tune, but I think we have the makings of another way to
reach our community.
Think of the ‘Southern Rock’ and ‘Blues’ genre and how the word might reach into the
community with such vibrant passionate music.
It’s something to think about.
